What’s your role with BDC?
I work in AR/collections.
How did the pandemic affect you and your family?
The quarantine definitely made us nervous, but I’m glad we all got through it.
What made you decide to choose a career with BDC?
I have a dental background so I’m very comfortable working in this environment, and I have a lot of experience that I bring to the table.
How are you enjoying your time with BDC so far?
It’s been great! I feel comfortable with the work I’m doing and I know I can always ask questions.
What’s something unique about you that you bring to our team?
I try to be clear and organized when speaking with patients, and I treat them the way I would want to be treated in their situation.
