As Director of Marketing at Babylon Dental Care, Deb Grossman brings over a decade of leadership in brand strategy, operations, and integrated marketing. She leads the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that reflect the heart of the practice—making people smile and treating everyone like family. From overseeing our brand presence to enhancing patient engagement through digital, print, and community outreach, Deb ensures our message stays clear, consistent, and impactful.
Before joining BDC, Deb held executive roles in the CPG and experiential marketing industries, where she led national campaigns for major retailers and brands, including BJ’s Wholesale Club, ShopRite, and Netflix. She’s known for her ability to simplify complex operations, inspire teams, and create unforgettable experiences—whether in the boardroom or at an event.
Outside the office, Deb enjoys camping by the beach in her RV, cooking for friends/family, and getting lost in a good book with her book club. Her creativity, curiosity, and love for people fuel her passion for building meaningful connections in everything she does.
