Jen brings over 15 years of experience in dental operations and patient relations to her role as Practice Administrator at Babylon Dental Care. She oversees daily operations, patient advocacy, staff training, insurance credentialing, and works to continuously optimize the patient experience from check-in to treatment completion.
Known for her strong organizational skills and ability to create streamlined systems, Jen has led improvements that make visits easier for patients, simplifying office processes so the entire team can deliver a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
When she’s not leading the team at BDC, Jen enjoys traveling, going to concerts and comedy shows, exploring home design, and trying new restaurants with family and friends.
