For nearly two decades, Jenn Brown has helped shape Babylon Dental Care into one of Long Island’s most respected dental practices. With a background in education and business consulting, Jenn brings a unique blend of leadership, strategy, and heart to her role as Chief Operating Officer.
Jenn began her career as a school reading specialist before founding her own consulting business, where she advised dental and medical professionals on operations, leadership, and marketing. What began as a consulting partnership with Babylon Dental Care soon evolved into a full-time role—first as Director of Marketing, and eventually as Chief Operating Officer.
Jenn’s deep understanding of dental anxiety stems from her own experience as a child—her father’s best friend was her dentist, and despite his good intentions, his “less-than-gentle” touch left a lasting impression. As a self-proclaimed dentaphobe, Jenn knows firsthand how vulnerable the dental chair can feel. That empathy drives her passion for creating an elevated, patient-centered experience—one built on compassion, trust, and comfort.
Today, Jenn oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, guiding a team of passionate professionals and developing future leaders from within. Her focus is on cultivating a culture where every team member feels supported, empowered, and inspired to deliver exceptional care.
Outside the office, Jenn finds joy in simple pleasures—spending time with her family, grandchildren, and beloved fur babies, staying active through exercise and experimenting in the kitchen. Whether she’s relaxing on the beach with a good book or out on the golf course, Jenn continues to seek balance between leadership, learning, and life. Through her ongoing consulting work, she also coaches leaders—especially women in transition—helping them discover their confidence, purpose, and voice.
