Jennifer Patalano, RDH, is a dedicated and patient-centered dental hygienist committed to delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care at Babylon Dental Care. A Long Island native, Jennifer completed her dental hygiene education at SUNY Farmingdale, where she gained a strong clinical foundation and developed a passion for helping patients achieve and maintain long-term oral health.
Jennifer is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and laser therapy, and has hands-on experience using laser techniques to support periodontal treatment and healing. She is deeply committed to continuing education and regularly studies the latest advancements in hygiene, technology, and patient care. Her approach is rooted in empathy, clear communication, and individualized treatment — ensuring every patient feels understood, supported, and empowered throughout their visit.
Before entering dentistry, Jennifer worked in veterinary emergency and specialty medicine, where she developed a strong interest in clinical decision-making and compassionate patient care. This background contributes to her thoughtful, holistic approach to oral health and her belief that small, sustainable habits can create meaningful long-term improvement.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys quality time with her family and her two children, unwinding at the beach, and reading in her spare time. She is proud to bring her skills, warmth, and dedication to the Babylon Dental Care team and looks forward to building trusting, long-lasting relationships with her patients
