Maxine Galano is an accomplished HR leader with a proven track record of building strong teams, fostering employee growth, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals. As Babylon Dental Care’s Director of People Strategy & Development, she plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive, high-performance workplace where employees have the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed.
With more than a decade of experience spanning human resources, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development, Maxine has led initiatives in policy design, onboarding, performance management, and multistate labor compliance. She has successfully implemented scalable HR systems, streamlined hiring practices, and strengthened leadership teams through succession planning and targeted employee development programs.
A graduate of St. Joseph’s College, where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management, Maxine also holds an Associate degree in Legal Studies from Suffolk County Community College. She blends regulatory expertise with a people-first approach, ensuring that both compliance and culture are at the forefront of her work.
Known for her approachable nature and ability to connect with anyone, Maxine believes in operating with integrity, holding herself accountable, and focusing on solutions rather than quick fixes. Whether she’s coaching a leader, refining a process, or helping a team member realize their potential, her goal is always the same—to elevate both people and performance.
