What’s your role with BDC?

I am a Patient Experience Coordinator.

How did the pandemic affect you and your family?

Most people in my family lost their jobs, but we spent time together and we all got through it.

What made you decide to choose a career with BDC?

The position was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to be patient-focused because that is a key part of my personality, I like to make connections with new people.

How are you enjoying your time with BDC so far?

I love it! The training process was so thorough and organized.

What’s something unique about you that you bring to our team?

I have a lot of administrative experience and I enjoy speaking with people.
