Spotlight on Service: Nicole Myers’ 2 year Anniversary

What is your role?

I am a Patient Coordinator at the Great South Bay location.

How has your service evolved over the years while with BDC?

I have gained more experience and knowledge since I first started. My coworkers have helped me learn so much and I feel like I have learned so much about the company and our values. I also feel like I am not able to be more helpful to the patients and make sure they have a great experience with us.

What are things specific to your service that fill your tank as a Professional and/or brings you joy?

I love being able to help people. Seeing patients leaving the office happy and excited about their visit is really great to see.

Any specific story about either a patient interaction or with a team member that you would like to share that inspired or sticks with you as you continue to work with BDC?

The interactions I have with patients every day is what sticks with me. Seeing patients cry from happiness and leave our office feeling confident is something that you don’t forget about. I am happy to get to be a part of their experience in the office.

Are there things that inspire you as a professional working with your team?

I love working and collaborating with the people around me. Everyone is always there to help each other, and we all motivate each other to be the best versions of ourselves.

Any professional goals for this coming year?

My goal is to continue growing as a professional. I am excited to keep learning and growing with BDC. I am also looking forward to helping more and more people every day and being able to hear their stories.

Outside of BDC, what brings you joy in your personal life?

I love to spend time with my 2 dogs, Sophie, and Edison. I also love to go sailing on my sailboat.
